VirgoCX Wealth specifically offers a full-service trade desk for high-value transactions with direct market access to cryptocurrencies for optimal price execution, bridging traditional financial services and cryptocurrency markets. The company's mission is to offer effective solutions for global retail and institutional investors and to become an all-in-one destination for digital asset needs. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage key client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of client acquisition, business development, or sales experience within a financial institution or fintech environment
  • Strong ability and confidence in cold calling and engaging with new clients on a daily basis
  • Demonstrated track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset markets, with a genuine interest in the industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients for Virgo Group’s core offerings, including Cryptocurrency OTC trading, Foreign Exchange, and related digital asset solutions
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and networking to generate qualified leads
  • Research and source potential clients using business directories, online platforms, and industry resources
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline and client database to support ongoing business development efforts
  • Represent Virgo Group at cryptocurrency and fintech-related events, conferences, and networking sessions across Canada
  • Deliver compelling presentations and clearly communicate product offerings and market insights to prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to drive deals from initial outreach through to successful closure
  • Stay up to date with market trends in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial markets to better support client needs
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team
