About The Position

You will have enterprise-wide responsibility for ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services to your assigned client. You are responsible for managing and developing operational relationships for your client. You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions.

Requirements

  • High School graduate/GED
  • 3 years’ experience in customer service
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out their account plan.
  • Understand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions for maximum benefit.
  • Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities.
  • Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives including, but not limited to, incident response, process improvement, and develop/maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations.
