About The Position

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the automation or logistics industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering.
Based in Bellevue, Washington, with the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Amazon partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Amazon’s retrofit projects to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of Dematic’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans aligned with Amazon’s goals and Dematic’s business objectives.
Address and resolve issues faced by Amazon to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
