About The Position

Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) is building the future of specialty truck and equipment solutions across North America. We provide new and pre-owned trucks, rentals, and fully customized equipment to customers in critical industries including utilities, telecommunications, rail, infrastructure, forestry, and specialty contracting. CTOS is expanding in Eastern Canada and is hiring an Account Manager to support growth throughout Quebec and the Maritime provinces. This newly created role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in vocational trucks, heavy equipment, utility equipment, or rental fleet solutions. This position will focus on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and increasing equipment sales and rentals across the territory.

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual (French and English)
  • 3–5+ years of outside sales experience within: Utility equipment, Vocational or medium/heavy-duty trucks, Construction or agricultural equipment, Equipment rental or fleet sales
  • Proven track record of new business development and sales growth
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable managing performance metrics and revenue goals
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Drive new and used equipment sales across the Quebec and Maritimes territory, including tools, equipment, and CTOS rental offerings
  • Prospect, cold call, and develop new customer relationships
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver consultative sales presentations
  • Develop quotes in partnership with CTOS estimators
  • Close new business and manage delivery of trucks and equipment
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Build and manage a full sales pipeline
  • Plan and organize daily and weekly sales activities
  • Perform market analysis and segmentation to identify key prospects
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product offerings
  • Resolve customer issues and recommend solutions
  • Track all activity, opportunities, and results in Salesforce
  • Submit regular call reports, territory plans, and sales forecasts
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
