About The Position

Multi Service Fuel Card is looking for a highly skilled Account Manager with a can-do attitude for our Fuel Card product. We are a progressive global transaction management company specializing in billing and payment solutions with a strong commitment to our customers. This position serves as a front-line point of contact and is responsible for retaining our customer base, increasing the profitability of their portfolio, and developing strong relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with CRM systems is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Coachable with ability to optimize performance based on feedback
  • Ability to effectively identify problems and implement a solution
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in team and independent environments
  • Highly motivated and organized with a life-long learner mentality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle high volume of emails (sending and receiving)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce and/or Service Cloud preferred
  • Familiarity with trucking industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow a book of business by building relationships with customers and acting as their advocate
  • Analyze current customer behavior and conduct high volume outbound phone calls
  • Consult clients on new tools to drive adoption
  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact and build long term strategic relationships with decion-makers
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling
  • Achieve or exceed revenue goals
  • Work with customers, support staff, and third parties to develop and implement solutions to customer issues; ensure that the customer experience is world class.
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients. The Account Manager is expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the company and keep the client updated
  • Assist customers through email, phone, and online presentations
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
