About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are clean, green, and detailed, with all punch list items completed on time. This role involves working with Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians, and reporting to the Regional Manager to support property goals. The primary focus is to service maintenance accounts, complete punch lists, handle service requests, and conduct site walks with follow-up communication with clients and Mission management. The Account Manager will manage, train, and coach Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians in alignment with company values, and is responsible for timely submission of staff payroll, invoicing, proposals for minor items, and other paperwork. The role requires keeping accounts and staff operating safely, productively, and on target with goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum three years related Account Manager experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
• Fluent in English; language skills (verbal and written) required
• Bilingual verbal language skills (English/Spanish)
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Valid California driver's license with a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier

Nice To Haves

• California state Pest Control Applicator's License is a plus
