About The Position

We’re seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to grow and optimize our customer basis. You will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing key customers across North America. This role focuses on relationship depth, customer satisfaction, operational alignment, and consistent revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in account management or customer success.
  • Experience in manufacturing, 3D printing, or hardware preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and forecast demand.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the 3D printing community and its diverse customer segments (e.g., engineers, hobbyists, makers, educators).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans.
  • Lead QBRs and customer performance reviews.
  • Drive retention and reduce churn.
  • Understand customer workflows and product usage.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resolution to issues.
  • Monitor service metrics and drive improvements.
  • Manage pricing updates and contract renewals.
  • Monitor forecasting, ordering, and demand alignment.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Work with marketing for customer success stories.
  • Provide product feedback to regional project experts.
  • Support finance with AR and credit terms.
