About The Position
Founded in 2007, MediaForce is a group of ad-technology and product experts operating a private media bidding platform capable of massive scale, reach, and speed. With a focus on performance, we are a diverse team with experience in mobile app installs, lead generation, e-commerce, media optimization, and content. We have strategic partnerships with top publishers from around the world, which allows us to target all demographics, all locations, and all interest groups to serve the right ad at the right time to the right consumer. We are seeking a high-energy Account Manager (1-2 years of experience) to join our Los Angeles team. You will serve as the essential human bridge between our Israeli Headquarters (IL) and our US operations. If you are a natural "people person" who understands the hustle of the Israeli tech scene and the dynamics of the LA market, this is your next move.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in AdTech Account Management or Client Success.
- Native-level English AND Fluent Hebrew (required for daily communication with our Israel office).
- A "people person" with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel and CRM software; solid understanding of programmatic buying and ad operations.
- Must be able to commute to Calabasas 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact between our LA office and IL headquarters to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, developing trusted relationships and identifying upsell/growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance, AdOps, and Traffic teams to launch and optimize programmatic campaigns.
- Track KPIs, lead client meetings, and deliver data-driven results for our partners.
