About The Position

As a KORTX Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships and driving successful, managed service digital advertising campaigns. You’ll work directly with agencies and brand-direct clients to understand their goals, coordinate execution with internal teams, and ensure campaigns deliver results. This is a client-facing role that blends strategy, communication, and coordination of hands-on campaign management. Our office is in Berkley, MI, and local candidates are preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media.
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role with proven relationship management skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, such as ChatGPT & Claude, and how they can enhance communication, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Experience with working with DSPs and various media platforms: specifically The Trade Desk, Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of digital advertising accounts, including both agency and direct brand clients.
  • Lead as the primary point of contact for clients—facilitating communication, updates, problem solving and campaign reporting.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify client goals and develop strategies that lead to client growth and retention.
  • Oversee campaign execution through coordination with internal teams—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed performance objectives.
  • Monitor campaign results, compile reports, and provide actionable insights to drive optimizations.
  • Maintain strong, proactive client relationships through excellent service and consistent communication.
  • Lead as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating regular communication, updates, and presentations.
  • Monitoring and manage project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Manage the trafficking of media campaigns and logistics for successful campaign rollouts through the client service desk (Jira).
  • Provide support for tag management, including QA, troubleshooting, and client support.
  • Compile campaign reports and provide insightful analyses to support data-driven decision-making and optimizations.
  • Monthly billing and reconciliation in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Attend industry events and travel as needed to meet with clients.
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives and continuous process improvements.
