About The Position
Wallace Finance is hiring a friendly and outgoing Account Manager to provide customer service and support sales experiences at its small consumer loan companies. Wallace Management Company manages more than 125 branches across seven states and has operated in the small consumer loan business since 1980. This position may require occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide quick, friendly customer service in person or over the phone, answer questions, and take and post loan payments.
- Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
- Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep customers informed about their loan status.
- Contact customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments.
- Partner with management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business.
