About The Position

The Account Manager performs management functions for assigned accounts and provides lead direction to Security Supervisors regarding site requirements, work priorities, and coordination of site needs. The role manages security services and related operations for an assigned group of smaller accounts, helping maintain a safe and secure environment for clients. Responsibilities include client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, post-order preparation, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. The position is based in Sparks, Nevada (USA Parkway), and is full-time, with an annual salary of $72,404.80.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Great attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including a drug screen and background investigation.
Valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of supervisor experience.
Experience with payroll, scheduling, and managing a large group of security officers.
