About The Position

This position is essential for the success of Nestlé Professional, focusing on account and customer management to enhance growth in the food service sector, including beverages, culinary products, water, and ice cream. It involves building strategic relationships, collaborating with third-party providers, and providing hands-on training and support at various sites. This position is an existing vacancy.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market.
  • 3+ years of experience within Sales and Account Management, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • Valid full driver’s license and safe driving record is required.
  • Open to frequently travel within the assigned territory.
  • Post secondary education in Business, any related field or equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication, negotiation and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to customers.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time and project management while paying attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Driving growth and delivering on lead measures and sales targets through the effective selling of Nestlé Professional products across HRI channels.
  • Participating in the Management Business Planning (MBP) cycle to analyze and address challenges in achieving Nestlé’s sales, spending, market share, distribution, and operating budget targets, while focusing on Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Category Management (CM) to optimize product mix and drive profitable sales.
  • Ensuring the activation of targeted Category Roadmap and sales initiatives with customers.
  • Developing and customizing sales presentations by utilizing the Category Roadmaps to tailor them for each customer, ensuring relevance and applicability to their specific circumstances.
  • Continuously evaluating category fundamentals (such as listings and distribution) to drive profitable sales.
  • Entering all relevant customer and category promotion plans into C4C, Exceedra, and other planning tools promptly.
  • Sharing essential information regarding promotions and listings with demand planners to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Effectively managing commercial spending to meet sales volume targets, trade spending objectives, and profit goals, including administration, record-keeping, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company principles and policies.
