The National Manager, People & Culture is a trusted strategic partner responsible for supporting a portfolio of MOVATI Clubs and ensuring a consistent, high-quality People & Culture experience. This role leads HR shared services and drives the implementation of best-practice programs in talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and change management. As a key advisor to functional managers, the National Manager provides proactive guidance, strategic insight, and risk-mitigating consultation to support strong leadership decision-making. This position plays a critical role in shaping a positive employee experience, strengthening organizational capability, and ensuring alignment with MOVATI’s culture, values, and long-term business objectives.
