Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7 years of experience in account management, sales support, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Must be proficient at Microsoft Office products and possess adequate skill to navigate and work within company’s ERP and CRM software.
  • Excellent typing skills are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in material handling, automation, or a related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication, responsiveness, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution across active opportunities and ongoing work.
  • Track and manage quotes, proposals, and orders within assigned accounts, ensuring timely progression and follow-through.
  • Partner with Sales, Estimating, and Operations to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and execution of solutions.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for repeat business, aftermarket sales, and standardized equipment solutions within existing accounts.
  • Maintain awareness of customer pipelines, upcoming projects, and potential risks to ensure proactive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, including account activity, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Identify potential risks or customer concerns and coordinate internally to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support preparation of updates, presentations, and account reviews (MBR, QBR, status updates) to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance account management efficiency and customer experience.
