Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Retention Customer Solutions Specialist who can help us retain our existing customers and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, sales experience, and strong empathy skills to understand and address customer concerns and needs. Requirements

Must pass required background check and drug screening.
1+ year of experience in sales or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers who are considering canceling their services or have other concerns
Use active listening and critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and find the best solutions to address them
Provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers' situations
Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive retention and upsell additional products or services
Meet or exceed retention and sales targets
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation
