About The Position

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is hiring an Account Manager to manage and retain professional liability insurance accounts in the healthcare sector, with a focus on medical malpractice policies. This inside service position works closely with internal producers on new and renewal policies and has minimal travel requirements. The role is approved for hybrid or remote work within the United States.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty client support or underwriting.
• P&C Insurance License required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a flexible, client-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with medical malpractice insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with agency management systems such as Sagitta/ImageRight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with producers to secure, manage, and retain clients through policy marketing, servicing, and certificate processing.
• Prepare and follow up on applications.
• Support producers and maintain comprehensive client files and data.
• Provide outstanding client-first service focused on practical solutions.
