About The Position

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is hiring an Account Manager to manage and retain professional liability insurance accounts in the healthcare sector. The role works closely with internal producers on new and renewal medical malpractice insurance policies and is an inside service position with minimal travel. The position is approved for hybrid or remote work within the United States, with EST hours.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty client support or underwriting.
• P&C Insurance License required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a history of working well with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a flexible, client-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with medical malpractice insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with agency management systems such as Sagitta/ImageRight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with producers to secure, manage, and retain clients through policy marketing, servicing, and certificate processing.
• Prepare and follow up on applications, support producers, and maintain comprehensive client files and data.
• Provide outstanding, client-first service focused on practical solutions.
