The Account Manager SME will serve as the main point of contact for small to medium-sized enterprises, focusing on up-selling relevant solutions. This role involves managing the SIXT business portal by contacting and responding to all leads generated through it. The Account Manager will manage and negotiate existing and newly acquired accounts for cross- and up-selling, develop and maintain relationships with B2B corporate accounts, and proactively pursue sales leads. They will negotiate and implement mutually beneficial solutions for new clients, present complex information and ideas effectively to diverse audiences, and aid in the improvement of the existing sales process and optimization of everyday routines. Additionally, the role requires maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of customers and prospects, and analyzing potential customers to offer SIXT products that fit their needs.
