About The Position

SIXT is looking for an Account Manager SME to serve as the main point of contact and up-sell relevant solutions. The role involves managing the SIXT business portal by contacting and responding to all leads generated through it. The Account Manager will manage and negotiate existing and newly acquired accounts for cross- and up-selling, develop and maintain relationships with B2B corporate accounts, and proactively pursue sales leads. They will negotiate and implement mutually beneficial solutions for new clients, present complex information and ideas effectively to diverse audiences, and aid in the improvement of the existing sales process and optimization of everyday routines. The role also requires maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of customers and prospects and analyzing potential customers to offer SIXT products that fit their needs.

Requirements

  • Work experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with managers and teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM's
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Professional communication skills
  • Demonstrated passion and skill for sales
  • Proven ability to recognize complex customer needs and match those with suitable offers
  • Committed to working full time
