About The Position

An Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships within an assigned territory or portfolio. This role focuses on driving revenue, maintaining strong customer partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by aligning IP Corporation’s products and services with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, driving revenue and profitability
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales and internal teams to deliver solutions and support
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
