As an Account Manager at Glimpse, you will own the commercial success of our existing customer base. You are the primary driver of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) — and you'll treat those numbers like your own business. This is not a relationship-management role in the passive sense. You are expected to show up with executive presence, bring commercial rigor to every customer interaction, and use data to consistently demonstrate the value Glimpse delivers. You will also be a critical builder — creating the playbooks, systems, and processes that define how we do account management as we scale toward and beyond eight figures. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing and the founding team to ensure customers renew, expand, and become long-term champions of the Glimpse platform.
