About The Position

As an Account Manager at Glimpse, you will own the commercial success of our existing customer base. You are the primary driver of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) — and you'll treat those numbers like your own business. This is not a relationship-management role in the passive sense. You are expected to show up with executive presence, bring commercial rigor to every customer interaction, and use data to consistently demonstrate the value Glimpse delivers. You will also be a critical builder — creating the playbooks, systems, and processes that define how we do account management as we scale toward and beyond eight figures. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing and the founding team to ensure customers renew, expand, and become long-term champions of the Glimpse platform.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of Account Management, Sales or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI-enabled services
  • Proven track record of owning and growing a revenue number — you've hit NRR or expansion targets and can prove it
  • Executive presence: successful at presenting to and building relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen: you think like a business owner, understand deal structures, and can run a renewal and expansion motion end-to-end
  • Data storytelling: you can turn customer data and platform usage into a compelling ROI narrative that resonates with executives
  • Systems-builder mindset: you see gaps in process and fill them — you've built playbooks or account management frameworks before
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, 5 days a week in-person startup environment in NYC

Nice To Haves

  • (Preferred) Experience in or selling into CPG, food & beverage, health, or beauty industries
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with deductions, trade finance, or retail supply chain workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of CPG accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact post-sale
  • Drive NRR and GRR by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, managing renewals, and mitigating churn risk
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales and C-suite stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Develop data-driven business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) that quantify the ROI Glimpse delivers — translating platform activity into a compelling value narrative that fuels business growth for customers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities then close
  • Work with AM Leadership to build the AM infrastructure: design playbooks, templates, and scalable processes for account management as Glimpse grows
  • Collaborate with Product to surface customer feedback and translate field insights into roadmap input
  • Track and report on key account health metrics; flag risks early and own the remediation plan
