About The Position

The Account Manager, Wholesale position is responsible for financial and operational relationships of Momentum Telecom accounts as assigned to them. This position will communicate with key customers by various means to ensure contracted products and services are delivered in a manner to meet customer expectations and Momentum Telecom operational objectives. The Account Manager, Wholesale is also responsible for managing and maintaining the relationship between the Customer and Momentum Telecom through open and continuous communication and direct involvement in more strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree and/or related work experience in a similar position
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related industry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills and experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills relative to position

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as customer advocate in providing a communications link to and from Momentum Telecom
  • Management of assigned accounts to meet Momentum Telecom financial and operational goals and objectives
  • Assist Momentum Telecom team on special customer projects as required
  • Training on products and services with customers as necessary
  • Contract negotiations for renewals, extensions, and additional products and services
  • Accounts Receivable collections as necessary
  • Maintain Account data base as directed
  • Provide Account status reports on customer activity
  • Support Sales and Marketing activities as required to include representation at various trade shows and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned
