About The Position

This position oversees NAPA’s wholesale customers. A person in this position increases commercial sales by acting as the primary contact for wholesale customers, sourcing necessary parts, and creating a superior customer experience.

Requirements

  • Capable and willing to become ASE certified within first year.
  • Buyout and sourcing knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able lifting 25 pounds.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for entire work shift.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years parts experience preferred.
  • Able leader.

Responsibilities

  • Keep good relationships with NAPA wholesale customers.
  • Generate sales through proactive customer calls.
  • Monitor commercial sales performance.
  • Achieve sales goals.
  • Coordinate business plans with the Store Manger.
