About The Position

Bender Plumbing Supplies is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to grow and manage wholesale plumbing and HVAC accounts. This relationship-driven, in-office sales role focuses on existing accounts and does not involve cold calling. The position is based in Stamford and is scheduled Monday through Friday. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour plus an incentive plan.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service.
• Experience working with contractors, construction customers, or trade customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in wholesale plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or building supplies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts.
• Provide pricing, quotes, and inventory support.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers.

• Resolve issues from order entry through delivery.
