Wavo’s Account Management team is a group of highly skilled professionals with a passion for digital advertising and the creative industries whose focus is working with high-potential business partners to reach worldwide audiences at scale. This is a customer relationship role with a focus on the following:

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer success, digital advertising, new business development role
  • Experience working on a sales incentivized team
  • Strong interest in the music and entertainment space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a thorough work approach
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and understands how to develop strong relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively across multiple projects and teams
  • Knowledge of English is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec

  • Tenacious and highly-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding a sales quota and targets
  • Excellent questioning techniques, active listening skills, and analytical capabilities to identify existing and emerging client needs
  • Experience in B2B-selling and developing relationships with senior managers or decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead vertical strategy situating Wavo as an industry leader in touring & live event marketing & analytics.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive vertical growth with new and existing accounts, articulate blockers and challenges across key accounts and solve operational challenges.
  • Develop high-level relationships with major clients to serve as a trusted consultant to help optimize their advertising spends.
  • Manage all sales activity and forecasting in Salesforce and internal dashboards.
  • Present media plans & creative work to clients for approval or modification.
  • Plan, manage and execute media campaigns for tours and live events.
  • Handle client budgets, optimize for ROI and manage campaign costs with a data driven approach.
  • Understand and consult on Wavo's ongoing product and technology developments, while contributing continual improvements to our ongoing touring & live events strategy.
  • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills.
