This role involves driving revenue by identifying expansion opportunities, leading commercial conversations, and guiding customers through complex buying decisions such as plan upgrades, user growth, and multi-year agreements. The Account Manager will partner closely with Customer Success Managers to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, manage renewals, and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
