About The Position

The Account Manager Mid Market is responsible for driving account retention, growth, and program participation across a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers. This role focuses on proactive outreach, relationship management, and revenue expansion within the hospitality, healthcare, and foodservice segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and drive growth
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Outlook, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 500+ accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Drive retention, reactivation, and growth through outbound calls and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to increase participation, expand programs, and grow revenue
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
  • Develop and execute account-level sales strategies
  • Promote SFC products, programs, and value proposition to maximize adoption
  • Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Track performance, pipeline, and activity using Salesforce and internal tools
  • Provide insights to leadership on customer trends and growth opportunities
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support account success and program execution
