The Mid‑Market Account Manager (MAM) at Segra is responsible for retaining and growing revenue within an existing customer base by building strong relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role carries a new revenue quota and focuses on driving uplift revenue while minimizing churn across assigned accounts. The MAM serves as the primary point of contact for mid‑market customers, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs. Segra owns and operates a wide and dense fiber-optic infrastructure footprint that provides state-of-the-art connectivity, cybersecurity, voice, cloud and colocation solutions, all backed by industry leading service and reliability.
