The Role We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Account Manager, Mid-Market to own growth and expansion across our larger customer accounts. As an Account Manager on the Mid-Market team, you'll drive revenue by identifying expansion opportunities, leading commercial conversations, and guiding customers through more complex buying decisions: plan upgrades, user growth, and multi-year agreements. Partnering closely with our Customer Success Managers, you'll run Quarterly Business Reviews, manage renewals, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the businesses you support.
