About The Position

As an Account Manager, Large Commercial Lines, you will handle mid-to-large commercial accounts including complex accounts over $35k in revenue. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3+ years of Property and Casualty experience who are actively looking to develop in their career. This full-time role has the potential for a hybrid schedule with an expectation of approximately 3 days per week working on-site in Glastonbury, CT, with flexibility for remote work with manager approval.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of mid-market commercial lines account management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • Ability to view computer monitors for extended periods of time.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts including policies, endorsements, certificates, audits, and claims support.
  • Partner with Risk Advisors on renewal strategy, marketing, quote evaluation, and proposal preparation.
  • Educate clients, resolve service issues, and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements.
  • Analyze policy language, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity records in agency systems.
  • Ensure compliance with agency process.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to strengthen skills, knowledge, and effectiveness.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, agency systems, and AI tools to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Work effectively with all team members, provide backup support, and contribute to team collaboration.
  • Demonstrate alignment with our purpose, values, and culture.
