Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas.
Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred.
Familiarity with contractors and surplus lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive customer service, including handling inbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and managing renewals.
Process applications and market accounts to various carriers.
Manage accounts from A-Z with some assistance from the certificate department and backend processing support.
Handle a book of business with approximately 30-40 renewals per month.
Collaborate with carriers for quoting new and renewal business (no in-house quoting required).
Work with small to middle-market accounts, ranging from $3,000 to $250,000 in premium, with a focus on niche industries.
