This role involves closing deals in new markets for MICE DESK, working alongside the local Sales Manager. The primary language of work is English, with a market-builder mentality. Responsibilities include running demos, conducting needs analysis, consultation, business-case development for international customers, negotiating and closing deals, building reference customers and case studies, developing new markets and partnerships, and feeding market signals back to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry systems (PMS, CRM, booking and event tools) or enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a preference for a combination of both. Excellent demo and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial composure, business-fluent English, proficiency in at least one target market language (Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, or an Eastern European language), cross-cultural competence, technical understanding of SaaS solutions, comfort with numbers, and willingness to travel internationally are essential.
