About The Position
We are looking for a motivated Operations working student to support our Logistics and Service activities. This is a hands-on, operational role with exposure to a global organization, working closely with teams in the US and Europe. You will support inbound and outbound logistics operations, track shipments, assist with inventory management, monitor order status, coordinate with internal teams, and support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master in Supply Chain, Operations or Business
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with hands-on, operational tasks and daily execution
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up mindset
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially: Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce and SAP skills would be highly appreciated
Responsibilities
- Support inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Track shipments and follow up on deliveries with logistics partners
- Assist with inventory management, stock monitoring, and discrepancies
- Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Service and Support) across different regions
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
