We are looking for a results-driven Project Business Developer to drive growth across the Lubuskie, Świętokrzyskie, Podkarpackie, Małopolskie, and Śląskie regions. This role involves regular travel to engage with clients and develop opportunities in local markets. As part of SOMFY’s Push & Pull strategy, you will strengthen our presence in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors by building lasting partnerships with key construction stakeholders and converting opportunities into long-term business success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Representative, Sales Engineer, Project Manager in real estate, smart home, or building automation.
  • Understanding of IoT, smart home ecosystems, and motorized shading.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Full professional fluency in Polish and communicative - level proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with residential real estate developers, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Promote Somfy’s innovative shading systems and smart home technologies across new developments.
  • Lead the full business development cycle-from prospecting to project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Represent Somfy at industry events and trade shows to grow brand visibility.
