About The Position

We are seeking a Staff Engineer with a Frontend Focus to join our team. In this role, you will own and evolve the frontend architecture (Vue.js / TypeScript) across product teams, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a great developer experience. You will lead the technical migration of our legacy monolith towards a modular, service-oriented architecture, from planning to hands-on delivery. You will make and document impactful architectural decisions, leading cross-team alignment and communicating trade-offs clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor and grow engineers across experience levels through pair programming, design reviews, and code quality feedback. You will also drive AWS infrastructure decisions relevant to the frontend, including deployment pipelines, CDN strategy, and cloud cost awareness. Identifying and introducing AI tooling to improve developer productivity and product quality, and proactively communicating technical risks, progress, and recommendations to your manager and peers are also key aspects of this role.
