Account Manager, Customer Engagement

LevelTen Energy•Denver, CO
•$110,000 - $140,000

About The Position

LevelTen Energy is a provider of renewable transaction infrastructure, offering cloud-based software, centralized supply, automated analytics and transaction expertise. Its platform connects renewable energy buyers, sellers, advisors, asset owners and financiers. The Account Manager owns a portfolio of roughly 40 existing North American client accounts, primarily renewable project developers along with energy buyers. Reporting to a Director of Account Management, this role manages day-to-day client relationships, keeps clients engaged with the LevelTen Platform, and supports RFPs, bilateral engagements, market updates and renewals. The focus is on growing and retaining current accounts rather than new-logo prospecting. This is a learning-and-growth role for someone early to mid-career in renewable energy. The Account Manager will progressively take on ownership of more accounts and complex engagements, and will help shape how the team supports customers across the LevelTen Marketplace.
