The Specialist helps strengthen execution and communication and supports a consistent, professional member experience. The position works closely with the assigned account-management leader and cross-functional partners, including Finance, Business Analysts, Category Business Management, Culinary Solutions, Customer Support (MET), sourcing support teams, and internal technology partners. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, accountability, and comfort managing multiple systems and competing priorities. Travel may be required up to 20% for member meetings, business reviews, supplier engagements, and internal team activities.

  • Professional presence and sound judgment when supporting member-facing meetings, materials, and communications.
  • Interest in account management, procurement, hospitality, sourcing, supply chain, or member relationship support.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% based on business needs.

  • Strong customer-service orientation and understanding of how internal execution supports external member satisfaction.
  • Curiosity and desire to grow into a broader member-facing Account Manager role over time.

  • Use internal tools and reporting platforms to gather information, organize work, analyze trends, and support decision-making.
  • Maintain project visibility in Smartsheet, CRM, shared trackers, and other approved platforms, documenting timelines, ownership, milestones, and follow-up items.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting recaps, action-item trackers, and supporting materials for member calls, internal meetings, supplier discussions, and business planning sessions.
  • Help build Business Review materials for member visits, leadership updates, quarterly business reviews, and other strategic touchpoints by compiling data, project updates, opportunity summaries, and insights.
