As our Account Management Representative, you’ll support Accredited Businesses throughout their BBB journey while serving as our primary Spanish-language point of contact across the organization. You’ll help businesses navigate resources, answer questions, build confidence in their accreditation, and create positive experiences every step of the way. This is more than a customer service role, it’s an opportunity to become a trusted partner, community connector, and advocate for businesses.
