Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with CHROs and senior HR decision-makers.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–9 months.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence in executive-level presentations.
  • Apply consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Show equivalent practical experience in enterprise software or HR technology sales.
  • Bring experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 10,000+ employees.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across enterprise accounts.
  • Engaging CHROs and senior HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner.
  • Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
