Requirements

  • A track record of understanding of Mechanical Systems and how they operate.
  • Expertise leveraging a deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems in medical and critical environments to explain services to existing clients.
  • College degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management software and MS Office & Excel.
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication skills.
  • Passionate with a can-do attitude.
  • Self-Motivated with tons of initiative.
  • A top tier problem solver.

Nice To Haves

  • Past Mechanical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with identified Healthcare customers on an assigned cadence to review, enhance and/or identify opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact with existing customers to answer queries, increase client satisfaction and address clients’ needs while providing education on the services we offer.
  • Consult with customers to develop goals and success criteria and a strategy to convey value that leads to sales renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Communicate and identify all the services MacDonald-Miller has to offer at an established building to facility managers, property managers, building owner and business owners.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within a building or account.
  • Ensure CRM is updated and that you provide timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
