About The Position

Accelion is a Great Place to Work® Certified company seeking an Account Executive. This role involves building relationships with property professionals, obtaining referrals, and engaging with residents within an assigned territory of apartments, condos, and co-ops. The Account Executive will execute sales-driving activities, including events, collateral distribution, and outreach via phone, text, and email. They will be responsible for selling telecommunications products such as internet, TV, and wireless, and acting as the brand ambassador for the client's brand, leveraging incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Naturally outgoing and engaging personality.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience or college degree.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Organized and disciplined to work independently.
  • Some evening/weekend availability.
  • Must live within reasonable driving distance of territory (Lorton, VA area) – local candidates only.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with property professionals, obtain referrals, and engage with residents in assigned territory of apartments, condos, and co-ops.
  • Execute sales-driving activities, including events, collateral distribution, and outreach to referrals by phone, text, and email.
  • Sell client's telecommunications products, including internet, TV, and wireless.
  • Leverage incentive programs and act as the "go-to" ambassador of the client's brand.

  • First year expected total compensation between $60,000 and $75,000, including guaranteed base ($45,000) and unlimited incentives.
