Our partner is a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building intelligence software that automatically extracts data from documents, emails, images, and external systems. They serve customers across industries such as logistics, healthcare, law, and finance, and have crossed $1M ARR with very strong retention. The team is small, talent-dense, and growing quickly, with customers expanding alongside them. This is an early Account Executive role and a top priority for the company. You will run full-cycle deals, close new business, and help unblock the founders so they can step back from being on calls all day. Compensation is designed to reward performance, with a base plus uncapped variable, a quota-attainment bonus, and accelerators on self-sourced deals, putting real total earnings well above $200K for strong performers. Because the company moves fast and changes daily, you will do best if you are adaptable, eager to roll with the punches, and motivated by an environment where top performers can out-earn leadership.
