About The Position

As an Account Executive (AE) on our Inside Sales team, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a high-volume, transactional role with deal cycles that close within a few days to a week. Most of your day is outbound calls — you’ll be running a high volume of conversations simultaneously, so comfort with fast-paced outreach and short deal cycles is essential. Our most successful AEs are consistent and self-motivated. They build healthy pipelines, follow up consistently, and treat every conversation as an opportunity to move the deal forward. You’ll have a manager invested in your growth and a team around you, but you’ll also have real ownership over your results. This role is flexible, with some time in office and some time remote. You will need the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through training, offsites, team-building events, and other business-related necessities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound or high-volume sales experience, ideally in a closing role
  • Comfort running a high volume of conversations and short deal cycles without losing momentum
  • An understanding of how daily activity translates into pipeline and revenue — and you hold yourself to that standard
  • Strong objection handling skills and confidence navigating challenging sales conversations
  • A track record of hitting targets and holding yourself accountable to your numbers
  • Openness to coaching — you hear feedback, apply it, and look for ways to keep improving
  • Curiosity about AI tools and how to use them to work more effectively

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new restaurant partners, managing the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed deal
  • Generate pipeline through a mix of assigned leads and self-sourced outreach — cold calls, emails, and creative prospecting
  • Run high-volume discovery calls and move multiple deals forward simultaneously
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and operators from first contact through close
  • Keep CRM data accurate, maintain forecast discipline, and manage your pipeline with operational rigor
  • Leverage AI tools that make you sharper, faster, and more effective in your role
