About The Position

805title is hiring a dedicated Account Executive to develop its Beverly Hills and West LA territory. This role is suited to a polished, self-directed sales professional who can build relationships, develop a book of business from scratch, and consistently provide value to real estate agents. The position offers a base salary plus commission upside, and the company states that the right person may have a direct path to a leadership role as it grows statewide. The Account Executive will build relationships with agents and other Power Partners who generate title and escrow business, conduct structured daily prospecting and agent appointments, represent 805title's tools and services, and track pipeline, orders, and income through LYTI. The product suite includes agent-facing presentation technology, market intelligence, and AI-powered title research.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of professional sales experience in a field where the candidate found and developed their own business.
Ability to develop a book of business from scratch.
Professional presentation and an understanding that perception is part of the product in this market.
Self-directed, coachable, and motivated by commission income.
Consistent follow-up and preparation.

Nice To Haves

Title or real estate experience is welcome but not required.
Sales experience in pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or another consultative background is encouraged.

Responsibilities

Own the Beverly Hills territory and surrounding West LA corridor.
Build a book of Power Partners who send consistent title and escrow business.
Conduct structured daily prospecting through a daily Hour of Power and consistent agent appointments.
Represent a product suite that offers agents tools their current title representative does not have.
Track pipeline, orders, and income in real time through LYTI.
