This role is hands-on, outbound-led, and focused on selling to small and medium-sized hospitality businesses. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close. This role suits someone who loves the chase, knows how to run a structured sales process, and closes with confidence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SMB outbound sales, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong closing skills and a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confidence running demos and commercial conversations
  • Comfort speaking to owners, GMs, and decision-makers
  • Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and deal management
  • High energy, resilience, and ownership mentality
  • Fluent English required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to hospitality businesses is a big plus
  • You’ve sold software into hotels, guesthouses, or serviced apartments
  • You understand hospitality pain points, not just software features
  • You enjoy outbound and don’t wait for leads to land in your lap
  • You close with clarity, not pressure

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB prospects, from first contact to signed deal
  • Drive outbound activity through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
  • Run high-quality discovery calls and tailored product demos
  • Qualify opportunities using clear deal criteria and next steps
  • Close new business consistently against monthly and quarterly targets
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term value
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
  • Share feedback from the field to improve messaging, positioning, and product
