Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
4+ years Proven sales experience/customer management required
4+ years Beverage or CPG selling experience required
2+ years Sales operations experience preferred

Responsibilities

Train, coach, and develop Field Sales teams, utilizing customer insights and KPI tools to accelerate growth
Develop relationships with customers as well as internal and external associates
Conduct business reviews with customers to discuss performance and secure incremental activity
Sell-in incremental SKUs as well as innovation, packages, equipment, and displays
Collaborate with NAOU Team and the customer to develop winning brand, package, marketing, merchandising and execution plans that deliver Company Pillars and overall Performance Profit. Communicate monthly activity and track overall performance
Collaborate with cross functional teams to create custom programs and point of sale tied to Pillar Programs and Local Assets
Performs other duties as assigned.
