Account Executive - Remote

AFCO Direct•Atlanta, GA
•$70,000 - $75,000•Remote

About The Position

The Account Executive builds long-lasting relationships with agent and broker clients by delivering competitive premium finance loan offerings. The role evaluates loan opportunities, underwrites credit risk within assigned approval authority, and provides executable loan commitments and agreements with competitive rates and terms that meet borrower needs. Account Executives make credit decisions and deliver binding agreements; their credit authority may increase with experience, with decisions above their authority developed in collaboration with Truist Credit Administration, business-line management, and senior management. The position provides daily underwriting and loan commitments in coordination with Sales Teammates, Underwriting, and Management. It also solicits new and renewal financing opportunities, follows up on quotes, reviews executed loan documents for compliance with approvals and conditions, and works with Loan Processing to verify complete and accurate documentation. Account Executives report on production, lost quotes, new business, and portfolio returns. This is a largely independent, mostly remote client-facing role covering an assigned geographic territory. The Account Executive tracks territory performance against goals and completes underwriting, quoting, and processing electronically in a web-based environment.
