The Account Executive will partner with clients to understand their goals, build strategies using performance-driven digital solutions and the USA TODAY Network's reach, and deliver measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity to join a team that focuses on driving real business growth through a mix of solutions. The Account Executive role is a consultative, relationship-driven sales position responsible for the full sales cycle, from net-new prospecting to long-term account growth. The role involves both hunting for new business and managing, growing, and expanding an existing client base. Responsibilities include creating tailored marketing strategies, guiding clients from initial contact through performance discussions, and identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships. The role emphasizes being a trusted marketing partner rather than a transactional seller, balancing new business development with retention, upsell, and account expansion to drive long-term client value. The Account Executive is supported by a post-sales team for campaign performance, optimization, and reporting, as well as the Data and Insights team and Client Strategists. The first 90 days will focus on gaining confidence in LocaliQ's solutions, tools, and sales approach, building prospecting habits, and taking ownership of the territory and sales cycle with necessary support and coaching.
