About The Position

Metaprise is building the operating system for enterprise AI workforces, an Agent Operating System where multiple agents can be deployed, coordinated, governed, and trusted at scale. This includes a unified execution runtime (AURA), built-in governance (identity, authority, audit), and a mission-based execution model. The product is built, the architecture is proven, and the go-to-market motion is ready. This founding-team role involves working directly with the CEO to put the product in the hands of the right customers and define how enterprises run on agents. The role requires opening a market by activating networks across enterprise clients (financial institutions, healthcare, insurance), AI model providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, and systems integrators. The Account Executive will identify governance gaps created by autonomous decision-making and position Metaprise as the solution. This involves building relationships with Heads of AI, Engineering, Risk, and the C-suite, driving conversations from first contact to strategic partnership, and providing market intelligence back to the CEO and product team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B sales or go-to-market roles.
  • Experience in the room, running a sales process, and moving an enterprise deal forward.
  • A real network in enterprise tech, cloud, consulting, AI, financial services, or adjacent ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into language understandable by CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, or Heads of AI.
  • Deep enough product understanding to earn technical respect.
  • Strong instincts for where deals happen before an RFP is issued.
  • Ability to create surface area and proactively identify next steps without explicit direction.
  • Comfort and energy in the ambiguity of an early-stage company.
  • Experience operating in environments where nothing was defined and making it work.
  • Do not need a CRM to tell you what to do next – you already know who to call and why.

Responsibilities

  • Activate your network across the full ecosystem, including enterprise clients, AI model providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, and systems integrators.
  • Map the landscape, identify where autonomous decision-making is creating governance gaps, and position Metaprise as the operating system that closes them.
  • Build relationships with Heads of AI, Engineering, Risk, and the C-suite through existing networks.
  • Drive conversations from first contact through use case identification to strategic partnership.
  • Qualify where governance, auditability, and control are actively breaking and position Metaprise as the answer.
  • Keep the CEO armed with deal context, stakeholder maps, and real market intelligence.
  • Feed product insight back into the team based on market feedback.
