About The Position

Modern Treasury is hiring Account Executives to join our Sales team. While we've been in business for eight years and have powered over $400 billion in payments for hundreds of organizations, our PSP product is a newer motion — and we're looking for people to help us scale it and close the strong inbound demand we're seeing. This is a high-volume closing role with real depth: you’ll run a large, fast-moving pipeline of new opportunities. While many deals move quickly, others call for a more strategic, consultative sell. We’re looking for AEs who can do both. Success in this role looks like consistently converting qualified opportunities into new logos. You’ll sell primarily to founders, CTOs, and heads of product. You should be excited to develop deep product fluency, so you can be comfortable selling a technical, API-first product. You’ll own your pipeline end to end, guiding prospects from first conversation to live customer, and partner with Sales Engineers on the technical evaluation. You’ll also drive expansions and cross-sells across our existing customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales experience in closing deals
  • Superior verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • BA/BS required

  • experience selling a payments product, or working with stablecoins
